Read All About Me

Sienna didn't care for me sitting on her, but I didn't like the vacuum.

I like sitting on any open chair, I'm not fussy.

I enjoy a dog bed too.

Raw Talent for Hunting

Rhonda was tested on pheasant yesterday and did really really well. With proper training, she has the potential to be a good hunter. Look at the intense focus in her eyes.

The Unresistable Face

Rhonda has now been in her foster home for a week and I'd like to report that she is doing really well.
At first she howled, the first couple nights at bedtime, but now not a peep. She would "mark" every where in the yard and a few times in the house, but now considerable less out side and nothing in the house.
She knows what a kennel is and doesn't mind being in there for long periods of time, but has also discovered the comfort of being a lap dog :o) also has laid on a dog bed quite nicely.
She is very human food motivated, but not given any. Her training of commands has mastered 'come' to her new name, and we are working on 'sit' and 'go potty'.
She walks fairly well on leash, but is uncertain of new noises on her walks.
She attempted to show "alpha" to my other dogs, but they have told her in no uncertain terms, she is NOT! She has respected this and has not tried again.
Her tick panel results showed she does have RMSF, but is currently on Doxy treatment (8 wks min.) and will be retested at that time. She weighs 44#'s and acts quite healthy. Loves to watch for squirrels and only barks when she see's them.

She has a wonderful personality and is a very sweet girl. She will make any home a warmer place with her in it. She is cat safe and kid friendly. The PERFECT dog for YOUR FAMILY!
